I love both the exercise and meditation time I get on the mat. It is something that I do just for me!

Physically, yoga has helped me with strength and flexibility. Mentally, yoga has helped me to slow down and relax.
Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
I like the studio and the teachers are great. I can find a class every day that I am interested in. It is convenient for me because I work downtown and live in South Tampa. It’s very close to both home and work.
