If you need to miss an intensive, no worries, we will record them and make those videos available to you so you can still graduate on time.

During the months in between your intensives, you will have the 50 hours of on demand lectures to complete at your own pace, an at home reading list to move through at your own pace, and we expect you to be committed to physical yoga practices to supplement what you are learning in those lectures.

You may take longer than 10 months to complete if needed. We find that 10 months is an ideal length of time to allow the training to work with your family and lifestyle, while also allowing time for the knowledge to build and integrate, as well as time to practice teach.

After your 10 months of training, you have up to one year to turn in your graduation materials and be approved to receive your certificate.

This means you have access to all of your training video lectures until October of 2026. Your manual is yours to keep permanently.

Whom should I contact with questions?

If you have any questions at all, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are here to help guide and support you throughout this entire experience.

Most interactive virtual training!

Virtual with us is PERSONAL.

Your face is projected onto the wall so we can get to know YOU and your name.

Your voice comes through the speaker system. Because with us you have a VOICE.

A person is on TECH support the entire time, so you can let us know if you experience any issue.

A HUMAN is there for you the entire training. Reach out any time for support, and we are there for you.

Being virtual does not mean checking out. Engagement is required, and we will help hold you accountable to achieve this life changing goal! If you do not want to fully participate, but still have access to the information, than try our At Home Training + Study option!

Please send any questions to [email protected].

What is the virtual experience like?

When you join us live virtually during our training intensives, you will enjoy a fully interactive experience! We project all virtual students on the wall, and your voices come through our speaker system. Instructors will refer directly to you and expect you to interact. We require that you have your camera on since students in the room can see you just like the other students around them. If a good reason arises, and you feel unable to interact visibly in this way, we ask that you speak with us first or watch the videos of these lectures later on your own time.

Anything that happens in the room, you will participate in at home. For instance when we practice teach you will be put into breakout rooms and will teach each other directly, an instructor will jump in and out of those rooms for guidance, just as the folks in the room will experience as they teach their partner.

Virtually you also have the benefit of designing your space as you like, your own restroom, snacks always available, total safety if you are immune compromised, or need more physical space to care for yourself.

If you have any questions about the virtual experience please email us at [email protected].

Difference of Virtual & At Home Training + Study?

In short- virtual means you are streaming live in the moment with us, and at home training means you are watching videos of training on your own.

The virtual option means that you can join us via zoom LIVE during our intensive weekends. If you sign up for virtual, and then are not able to join live for any reason that is totally fine. You can watch the videos of the intensive later. This give you the option to join us live if you choose. When you are live we ask you to be an engaged trainee, as if you were in the room. You are projected on the wall with your fellow virtual trainees, and your voice comes through the speaker system, so that you are seen and heard like every other student. We work to make it a highly interactive online experience.

At Home Training + Study means that you will watch all of the lectures on your own time. This option means you do not join us live during intensive weekends, but you login and progress through the training on your own schedule. You do not participate in the training with a group, you are utilizing pre-recorded video lectures and āsana classes. This option works better for folks who need maximum flexibility. Lead instructors Roni, Tina, Megan and Ashley are all available to you throughout, so you have support as needed from a real human.

Progressive, funny, and 100% real, Ashley Adams (she/her) is an instructor and the founder of Black Prāṇa Magazine, which is in partnership with the Bella Prāṇa Collective Yoga Teacher Training. With family history hailing from the small beach town of Tarpon Springs, Florida, this business tycoon, mother, and eldest sister of four knew fate led her to purpose when doing “the work” didn’t quite feel like working. Ashley says the success of her business is rooted in pure frustration. In response to that frustration, Black Yoga Magazine was born. The only publication of its kind, BYM exists because of the lack of representation for people of color in the yoga world. Ashley also made the conscious decision to lower the barrier to entry when it comes to people of color obtaining their certification to teach Yoga and less than a year ago, Ashley launched her first 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program virtually. To date, Ashley has successfully trained over 4000 yoga professionals.

Tina Tidwell Bedore (she/her) is a 500 E-RYT, an owner at the Bella Prāṇa Wellness Collective and professional dancer, graduated from USF with a degree in Dance and Psychology. She received her 500 RYT through Asheville Yoga Center earning certifications in Meditation, Prenatal, Yin, Seniors, Yoga as Therapy, Yoga and Ayurveda, Restorative and Kids while studying with amazing mentors including Michael Johnson, Libby Hinsley and Stephanie Keach. Tina challenges the body in mindful movement while using the breath as the musical cue. She teaches in the USF’s School of Music as well as at DanceUSF and works privately with professional athletes. She is honored to be one of the first teachers at Bella Prana and a lead teacher of the teacher training program. When Tina isn’t on stage or in the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter and floppy puppy.

Jessica (she/her) owns and runs our Ashtanga Yoga Program at Bella Prāṇa through her business, Yoga Chikitsa. She is committed to teaching and practicing the Ashtanga Yoga method, as taught in KPJAYI, Jessica began teaching yoga in 2007, and the daily practice of Ashtanga yoga provides her with the healing, uplifting, and insightful benefits of a committed yoga practice. Jessica uses gentle encouragement to guide students along a path of healing self-discovery through yoga. Jessica has traveled to India to study at KPJAYI with R. Sharath Jois in Mysore, India and was blessed with the Authorization to teach Ashtanga Yoga in 2013. Jessica dedicates her life to learning and sharing the Ashtanga Yoga Method, it inspires her to cultivate peace, inspiration, dedication, devotion and self surrender on and off the yoga mat.
