Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
I always look forward to practicing at Bella Prana next to other die hard, hand-standing yogis that love yoga as much as I do. Yoga has put me in touch with my body, and through careful adjustments through my wonderful teachers at Bella Prana, I have learned so much about my body alignment and what I need to do to prevent injuries and improve my practice.

How has yoga changed your life?
In addition to helping me improve my flexibility and strength, it has also reduced my stress. challenged my body and brought me joy!
