
When/ how did you discover yoga?
I discovered yoga while teaching English in rural China. I first learned in Mandarin.
What do you love about teaching yoga?
I love everything about teaching yoga: the community, the creativity, the movement, the positive vibes, and the peace and wellness it imparts upon each of us (and everyone we meet…the benefits of yoga go where we go).
How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
Yoga has enhanced my life in innumerable ways. It’s made me less reactive and more compassionate, healthier, and much more grounded and self-aware.
Why do you teach at Bella Prana?
I chose to teach yoga at Bella Prana in Tampa because the moment I walked through the doors I was in love with the space, people, and beautiful energy!
