Ingredients
- 2 cups of old fashioned oats
- 2 1/3 cups of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 or 2 peaches diced
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a small baking dish or bowl
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least five hours or overnight
- Mix and enjoy!
