How long is the training program?

We are currently in session and our next training will be around February of 2018. If you'd like to be added to our list of students to be alerted when those dates are announced please email us at roni@bellaprana.com

This 200hr training will be one immersion weekend a month and take 8 months to complete. This training is about a lifestyle. It must work for your life, and is a choice you make for life. The overwhelming feedback of our previous trainings is that the shorter training length made it difficult for those with families and careers to balance. Our training is dedicated to creating an environment and schedule that allows you to absorb the wealth of information and integrate that knowledge into your practice. You will be exposed to a myriad of instructors who are experts in their field!

What will the weekends look like?

Our immersion weekends begin on a Friday evening from 6:00pm - 9:00pm, then a full day on Saturday 8:30am - 6:30pm, and Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm. You will then have one additional weeknight each month on the Thursday following your training weekend from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. You will uncover layers of history, meditation, pranayama breath practice, the science of Ayurveda, the language of sanskrit, and the art of meditation. You will explore anatomy, body image, and multiple styles of yoga including pre-natal, chair yoga, power, hot yoga, bikram, gentle, restorative, yin, and a particular focus on vinyasa flow. Every weekend is different and designed to open an new aspect of your mind.

How much does the program cost?

The total cost of the program is $3,200. If you sign up before our pre-set deadline (dates TBA for the next session) you get $200 off, for a total of $3,000. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of $300 to reserve your spot, which is then applied to your total cost. We request your total cost be paid up front but if you need a payment plan let us know, monthly payments are available. There is a 4% charge for credit card payments.

Tuition includes UNLIMITED yoga at Bella Prana Studio during your training!

What if I need to miss anything?

We understand that life happens. Though we ask that every student plan to be present for all of the hours listed, you will have the opportunity to make up some hours during your training and you may attend missed lectures at the following training if needed.

If you have to schedule a private session with an instructor to make up a lecture topic it will be at your own cost. Some topics can be made up without a private session but we cannot guarantee this depending on what you miss, so please be prepared for that possibility.

Is the Training Yoga Alliance Certified?

Yes! We are a Yoga Alliance approved 200hr training program. During this training you will learn how to register yourself as a Yoga Alliance certified instructor.

How do I reserve my spot?

You will reach out to Roni directly to sign up, and not through the front desk of the studio. This way she can walk you through every step. To reserve your spot there is a $300 non-refundable deposit. You can pay in full or arrange a payment plan with us. We take cash or check. Credit Card payments will be an additional 4%.
