We love seeing familiar faces around the studio and absolutely love to see Marina every day. We are thankful for our student’s dedication to their practice and have asked Marina to share some insight into what yoga has meant for her life.
How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
I have enjoyed being a part of the community at Bella Prana. I have been practicing yoga during my lifetime but had not committed to the practice. When I started at Bella Prana I found like-minded people and absolutely gorgeous and very talented teachers. The philosophy of yoga is very appealing to me and I cannot imagine being without practicing. I will continue to keep coming back because it simply makes me feel good.
