What do you love about yoga?
Yoga gives me peace, energy, and purpose. My practice helped me to get through some of the most difficult times, and it continues brightening every day of my life.
How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
I began practicing in 2005 in a small Vermont studio. As I continued my journey, I found Ashtanga and fell in love with this beautiful ancient style, patient teachers, and welcoming community.Having a stressful job and being a caregiver to my mom, I can’t even imagine how I would be able to carry on without my morning Mysore, and occasional 5-minute meditation breaks.
Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
I love the space, the rooms, and a spectacular design of the common area. Most of all, I love people, teachers, the community, and the smiles darting at me from the front desk staff any time of the day. Even at 5:45 am! How do they do this?
What is your favorite class to attend?
My two favorites are Mysore with Jessica and Hot Power with Brittany.
