It’s always a good feeling to see a student return day after day. Even an injury could not hold Tyler back from his practice so we knew he had to be our student of the month for February! He brightens the studio whenever he is there so we had to learn more about what drives him!
What do you love about yoga?
I love yoga because it is relaxing yet challenging at the same time. There is nothing better than the satisfaction you feel after mastering a new pose or when you finish a class surrounded by a puddle of your own sweat.
How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
It has helped me recover after I was in a bad car accident and has since put me in the best shape of my life. After almost a year of being at Bella Prana, yoga has become more than just an exercise, but a part of my life style. Yoga has changed my life for the better, I am healthier and happier.
Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
I first joined Bella Prana in March 2018 because I no longer felt fulfilled by following yoga videos on YouTube. The community at Bella Prana is what makes me keep coming back, the teachers are more like friends who take an active role in your development. And even though yoga isn’t supposed to be a competition it’s great being surrounded by such talented yogis who push you to keep challenging yourself. Plus my chakras have never felt more aligned.
