We are endlessly grateful for everything Kathy brings to the studio, from her two-a-day practices to her always welcoming energy. We knew she had to be our Student of the Month for March! We love practicing with her and had to know what yoga means to her.
What do you love about yoga?
I love how each class brings a different challenge, whether it’s trying out a new pose or improving one I’ve done a hundred times. I feel like there is always a goal to work towards.
How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
Yoga has helped me build strength both physically and mentally. It has helped calm my anxiety and helps me focus. I have recently started meditating and look forward to all the benefits it has to offer.
Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
Bella Prana is a special place that feels like home. I have made so many new friends here and have reconnected with several old friends as well.
