Peace and Well-Being: Gail

Gail exudes calm and grace whether on the mat or spending time with her grandchildren. She finds the best exercise for her is Yoga and explains how this practice has helped her physically and emotionally. Let’s get to know more about our Student of the Month for December.

What do you love about yoga?
Yoga is the best “exercise” for me. It has given me the mobility I never thought I’d have.

How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
I practice twice a week, wish it was more. It brings me peace and well being. I always feel 100% better when I leave.

Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
I have practiced at Bella Prana since they opened on Kennedy Blvd. and have always found it to be a peaceful and respectful environment. I also love all of the instructors I have practiced with over the years. The management at Bella Prana does an excellent job at recruiting and training their team.

What is your style of class to attend?
I practice Yin, Gentle and Flow. Every once in a while I’ll venture to another class but always come back to my first three. Thank you to my entire family at Bella Prana for being so gracious and caring.
