When you hear the words radiates beautiful energy, you think of our Desk Angel, Michelle Crespo.  An educator by day and yogi by night, Michelle is fierce and inspiring.  We are excited to celebrate Michelle as our Desk Angel of the Month for February 2020.  Get to know why Michelle loves yoga and how it has changed her life, both on and off the mat. Michelle also discovers the benefits of Ayurvedic eating habits and shares a recipe for pacifying your Vata Dosha.

What do you love about yoga?

Yoga is important to me because it combines three important experiences into one; physical, mental, and spiritual.

How has yoga and meditation changed your life?

Yoga has created a calmer, more relaxed, understanding, and healthier me.

Why did you want to be a Desk Angel at Bella Prana?

After practicing at the studio and graduating YTT, I decided to see the one side I hadn’t seen in yoga; that’s why I became a Desk Angel.

What’s one of your favorite (healthy) recipes that you would like to share with the Bella Prana community?

I recently made butternut squash soup for the first time ever and my whole life has changed. I like to leave my sweet potatoes chunky in it :)
