Bella Prana Teacher Training
Bella Prana Yoga Teacher Training and Student Immersion with Roni Elissabeth, Shelly Happel, and Marley Vigdorth is dedicated to doing nothing less than changing the world, one teacher at a time. Graduates will be provided with the opportunity to expand their understanding of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Roni, Shelly, and Marley have a combination of expertise that will give their students unparalleled access to the knowledge, styles, and depth currently available to us as Yogis and Yoginis. Because creating a safe place for students is a top priority, this 200 hour program emphasizes the practical knowledge of anatomy and its unique applications to the Asanas. Philosophy training will include the story of Yoga, from its origin in India to its current global evolution. Teaching methods will include sequencing, meditation, incorporating theme's and ideas on how to take your personal practice to new depths. Our teachers will ideally leave with the ability to provide much more than a class, but an experience for their future students. We will practice, sweat, breathe, learn, and heal. This training is not only for teachers, it's also intended for those who want to learn more about themselves. We consider this experience a student immersion, allowing students an environment to learn more and dive deeper into the practice they have fallen in love with, regardless of whether they ever teach in a classroom. We believe being a yoga instructor is a great honor and we are dedicated to creating the most educated and soulful instructors on the planet.
