Why do you love yoga?

I love yoga because it keeps me grounded. I could be having either a really bad or really good day and being on my mat helps me focus on the present and future but not the past. I can just let everything go and let my body melt to complete relaxation. Yoga is my true passion and I love how it makes me grow as a person.

How has yoga changed your life?

Yoga and Meditation have helped my life in so many ways. I can honestly say that I sleep better and have a better outlook on life. I can let the small things go and just be in the moment. I use each class as a learning opportunity to not only make me grow as a student but also as an instructor. I’m licensed in various formats but yoga is hands down my favorite. I love how stronger I’ve become. I’m looking forward to not only becoming stronger but also keep watching my body change through this amazing practice.

Why do you practice at Bella Prana?

I practice at B. I practice at Bella Prana because I love everything about it. The variety of classes helps me be in the moment and it’s also a no judgment zone. I don’t have to worry about being compared to other yogis because that’s not how Bella operates. I started off with a beginner class and made my way to other classes where I have not been necessarily good at but each and every instructor there makes all of us feel welcome and special. I’m naturally an introvert and yoga has helped me come out of my shell. I love all the classes that Bella has to offer and hope to one day make my way through most of them. I could be in a class with 30 different yogis and although our practices are different, we become one and the energy is contagious. I’ve been to numerous yoga classes over the years and hands down the best ones are at Bella. Even if I start doubting myself I’m a class, that feeling eventually goes away because I know that when I walk off my mat, I feel completely relaxed and energized.
