1. What do you love about yoga?
“I am a seeker of spiritual growth and yoga gives me a way to become peaceful within my inner being.”

2. How has yoga and meditation changed your life?
“Yoga introduced me to meditation. The practice of yoga settles and quiets my mind. It shuts out the chaos of every day life stresses and gives my body and mind a chance to regenerate.

3. Why do you practice at Bella Prana?
“At Bella Prana, I feel the teachers are engaged with their students. I have improved my own practice by watching other teachers demonstrate their own knowledge and love of yoga. They’ve helped me reach my personal yoga goals and motivate me to go beyond.”
